Slow Food Sorrento Peninsula presents: the master " how to taste oil"

After the success of the dinner on October 15 at the restaurant "Le Tre Arcate" in Piano di Sorrento and the Masters of Food: Oil - cultivar, production and varieties, a course in three classes with the aim to provide practical information and training needed to recognize the quality of olive oils available on the market, Slow Food offers another great opportunity:
