The fish festival in Positano, more precisely in Fornillo, the Positano’s favourite beach among artists and intellectuals, is the summer goodbye party par excellence.
The appointment is scheduled for Saturday, September the 24th 2011 in the evocative location of Fornillo beach and represents a wonderful opportunity to taste the delicious traditional dishes of the Amalfi Coast, a riot of typical flavors and fragrances.
The menu is made of strictly fresh seafood, a vortex of dishes such as squid and potatoes, frying of fish, octopus salad and soup of mussels.
To enliven the evening folk music and stories and musical traditions of the land of the Sirens.
