All, with the exception of few, like blondes. So for all fans, the second date of Birra Felix, which will be held in Sorrento from the 20th to the 22nd of May 2011 in Piazza Angelina Lauro, is not to be missed.
Birra Felix is the show dedicated to craft beers.
Sponsored by Slow Food, which promotes the good and quality food, and the Birrificio Sorrento, the event is placed in the context of the Borsa Valori Territorio, a festival dedicated to extra virgin olive oil.
Big star the beer, not the classic beer, but craft beer made with water, malted barley, hops, yeast and spices, simple and natural ingredients, which are different from traditional industrial beers, as unpasteurized, not mechanically pasteurized and least of all additioned with preservatives.
Craft beers are the result of a long process that requires, at best, 45 days of fermentation.
The result is a tasty beer with an intense aroma.
To learn more about the beer will be also organized workshops directed by Gianluca Polini, professor of Slow Food, and planned for Sunday the 22nd of May nearby the Café Kontatto, near Piazza Angelina Lauro.
